The fine mechanical manufacturing industry today stands before increasing demands from the customers regarding quality and production skills. Mecona has accordingly developed into a modern supplier of advanced fine mechanical parts. We have large capacity in manufacturing by cutting in both modern, very high performing, multi operations millturn machines, as well as very quick and highly flexible multi axis machining centers.

Our modern machining equipment enables us to have a cost effective manufacturing as well as high flexibility and precision. It also enables us to produce very complex parts entirely without costly manual intervention. Most of our equipment is equipped for unmanned production which increases our productivity even more.

Mecona has a broad material knowledge. Apart from the more ordinary, we also produce parts in titanium, gold, ceramic and heat resistant materials as well as most kinds of plastic.

We also have the ability to produce parts with very small tolerances. (As small as ISO grade 5 in some cases). From single parts to mass production.

The well equipped quality control department with it's temperature stabilised measuring room is playing an important role in Mecona's high level of quality.
